Here at PBH we are elated to help promote healthy growth of your natural hair. Each track is sealed with a hair protector to shield scalp from itching and or breaking.
When choosing your hair length, please keep in mind that Virgin Single Drawn hair is left completely natural at the ends, there will be variation. Double drawn hair will be thicker at the ends and have complete variation.

It may be a good idea to select a slightly longer length because some trimming may be needed. All of PBH bundles are between 3.5 -4oz. We recommend 2-3 bundles for fullness, however, please ask your preferred stylist.
Each track is lace with organic protein conditioner and sealed with ‘Fray Check’ a fabric sealer to prevent shedding. If you have sensitive skin, please test sealed wefts on your skin before you install hair. In addition, you can request that you do not wish to have your bundles sealed.

Each of our bundles are washed and deep conditioned before we disburse to our customers. We take pride in treating the hair and making sure that we protect its natural state.

Hair Product Suggestion

It is suggested to use, TRESemm’e Keritan Smooth Shampoo or Conditioner or L’oreal Eversleek Shampoo and Conditioner.
It is also suggested that you stay away from any Shampoos and or Conditioners that contain Sulfate as an ingrediant as it strips the natural oils that’s in the hair.
Oils and sprays are not necessary to use. Apply a small amount of Moroccan oil if needed.

RETURNS

Due to federal laws and health regulations, we cannot accept the return of used hair, therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS. We cannot accept back under any circumstances any human hair that has been installed and or altered i.e. (washed, brushed, combed or cut).

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void.

It is suggested that you inspect the hair without opening the bundles to attest the product is to your satisfaction.

If you are uncertain please acquire the advice from your stylist.
If it’s ascertained that PBH is the party at fault, we shall refund or exchange the product at no additional cost to the customer.

EXCHANGES

The hair must not be untied from the bundle.
We offer one exchange per original order.

Shipping and Handling costs will be at the customer’s expense.
Returns for exchanges must have a return slip created within 3 days of the original order.

Exchanges will not be permitted after 3 days. Please allow 5 business days for your return to be processed. This does not include WHOLESALE ORDERS. Wholesale orders are is as it is sold in its natural state.

We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains untied.

Returned packages must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense.

IMPORTANT FEDERAL LAW

Due to important federal laws and health regulations, we adhere to a strict policy with regards to exchanging or return of merchandise. All items sent to us for exchange or return will be inspected thoroughly. IF THE ITEM IS REMOVED FROM THE BUNDLE AND USED IN ANY VISIBLE MANNER, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for the merchandise. This includes combing, brushing, washing, dying, curling, braiding, spraying, wearing, etc. If such an item is returned to us, the item will be held for 10 days pending the product inspection and payment of shipping charges to have it returned to you.
